MICHAEL R. BUCKLEY [Top] DIRECTOR OF THE DIVISION OF MANAGEMENT, JCPENNEY COMPANY BUSINESS LEADERSHIP CHAIR, PROFESSOR OFMANAGEMENT AND PROFESSOR OF PSYCHOLOGY
PhD (Auburn) Professor Buckley's teaching interests are in the area of human-resources management and management principles. His research interests include decision making in the selection interview, feedback processes in organizations, performance appraisal, organizational socialization processes and issues surrounding unethical behavior by students. Professor Buckley has published more than 60 refereed journal articles in such publications as Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Journal of Education for Business, Personnel Administrator, Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of Marketing Research, International Journal of Management, Academy of Management Review, Journal of Business Ethics and Journal of Management.

McCASLAND FOUNDATION PROFESSOR OF AMERICAN FREE ENTERPRISE
ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR OF MANAGEMENT
PhD (South Carolina) Professor Bolino teaches in the undergraduate, MBA, and PhD programs in the areas of organizational behavior, international business, and human resources management. His research focuses on employees’ willingness to go the extra mile for their organizations, impression management in the workplace, global careers, and the psychological contracts between employers and their employees. Professor Bolino’s research has been published in the Academy of Management Executive, Academy of Management Review, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Management, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Organizational Research Methods, and Personnel Psychology, among others. He currently serves on the editorial review boards of Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, the Journal of Organizational Behavior, and the Journal of Managerial Issues, and he is an ad hoc reviewer for several other journals. Professor Bolino is a member of the Academy of Management. Before joining Price College, he was a faculty member at the University of Notre Dame.

LOWELL BUSENITZ [Top]
PUTERBAUGH CHAIR IN AMERICAN FREE ENTERPRISE
PROFESSOR OF MANAGEMENT
PhD (Texas A&M) Professor Busenitz teaches in the areas of entrepreneurship and strategic management. He also serves as the Academic Director for the Center for Entrepreneurship in the Price College.
Professor Busenitz's research focuses on entrepreneurial cognition in the development of new ideas and ventures, strategic decision making and how entrepreneurs differ, and the relationship between venture capitalists and the entrepreneurs they fund. Professor Busenitz has published over 25 journal articles on entrepreneurship and venture capital in the Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Journal of Business Venturing, Journal of Management, Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, Academy of Management Executive and Journal of High Technology Management Research, among others. His research has also been discussed in The Economist and Psychology Today and he has won a number of best paper awards from presentations made at national and international conferences.
Professor Busenitz is a member of the Academy of Management, Strategic Management Society, Society of Entrepreneurship Scholars and Beta Gamma Sigma. He has had numerous student teams from his business plan classes win top awards in business plan competitions.

PARTHIBAN DAVID [Top]
RATH CHAIR IN STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT AND ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR
OF MANAGEMENT
PhD (Texas A&M) Professor David teaches strategic management. His research focuses on corporate governance, strategy, and firm performance. He has published in the Academy of Management Journal, Strategic Management Journal, Management Science, Journal of Management, and European Management Journal. He currently serves on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Management and the Journal of Management Governance, and on the International Advisory Board of the Journal of Enterprising Culture. He serves as an ad hoc reviewer for several journals including the Academy of Management Review, Academy of Management Journal, Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Business Venturing, Journal of International Business Studies, and the Journal of Management Studies. Professor David is a member of the Academy of Management. Before joining Price College, he was a faculty member at the University of Notre Dame, and at the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.

J. ROBERT MITCHELL [Top]
ASSISTANT PROFESSOR OF MANAGEMENT
PhD (Indiana University) Professor Mitchell teaches in the areas of entrepreneurship and strategy. His research is in the area of entrepreneurial cognition, focusing specifically on how thinking shapes, and is affected by, entrepreneurial behaviors and outcomes. Prior to pursuing a PhD in entrepreneurship at Indiana University, Professor Mitchell worked in a technology startup in Salt Lake City, Utah and was involved in emerging enterprise consulting in Victoria, British Columbia. At OU, he teaches Starting and Managing the Entrepreneurial Venture and the Business Strategy/Policy capstone course. Professor Mitchell's research has recently appeared in Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice.

DAVID A. RALSTON [Top] PRICE CHAIR IN INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS AND PROFESSOR OF MANAGEMENT
DBA (Florida State) Professor Ralston teaches cross cultural management and organizational behavior. His research interests lie in the cross-cultural management areas related to values, ethics, influence and corporate responsibility. His work has been published in the Journal of Applied Psychology, Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of International Management, Journal of Cross-Cultural Psychology, California Management Review, Asia-Pacific Journal of Management, Management and Organization Review and Journal of Organizational Behavior. Professor Ralston is a member of the Academy of Management and the Academy of International Business. He has been guest editor of the Journal of International Business Studies and Academy of Management Review. He is currently serving as a guest editor for the Journal of International Management. He serves or has served on the editorial boards of the Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of International Management, Journal of World Business, Asia Pacific Journal of Management and Management and Organization Review. He previously served as a project director of a CIBER Center. He has also served as a grant reviewer for Title VI-b, U.S. Department of Education.

CRAIG J. RUSSELL [Top] PROFESSOR OF MANAGEMENT
PhD (Iowa) Professor Russell teaches in the undergraduate, MBA and PhD programs. His research focuses on advancing theory and practice in the selection and development of organizational leaders. He has authored or presented more than 100 refereed articles in scholarly journals and conferences , including the Academy of Management Journal, Applied Psychological Measurement, Human Resource Management Review, Human Relations, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Leadership Quarterly, Management Information Systems Quarterly, Organizational Research Methods and Personnel Psychology. Professor Russell is active in a number of scholarly and professional organizations, including serving on the Scientific Affairs Committee of the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the executive committee of the Human Resource Division of the Academy of Management. He was associate editor of the Journal of Applied Psychology and program chair of the Research Methods Division of the Academy of Management. He also was a founding member of the Organizational Research Methods editorial board . Professor Russell was awarded the Ghiselli Award for Research Design by the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Professor Russell received research support for assisting such organizations as Batelle Laboratories, the city of New York, Educational Testing Service, Equitable Financial Companies, Wang Laboratories, Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, IBM Corporation, Marriott Corporate Services Division, Reynolds Metal Corporation, the Federal Aviation Administration, the Navy Personnel Research and Development Center, and PreVisor, Inc. Professor Russell also served as an expert witness in EEO litigation including Reynolds v. State of Alabama, Pines v. State Farm, and Martin v. Mennon.

FRAN MCKEE RYAN [Top] ASSISTANT PROFESSOR OF MANAGEMENT
PhD (Arizona State) Professor Ryan teaches in the area of organizational behavior and management. Her research focuses primarily on unemployment and helping employees through difficult transitions, such as the job loss experience. All of Professor Ryan's research focuses on the employee as an individual, including stress and coping, employee attitudes, and psychological well-being. Professor Ryan's research has been published in the Academy of Management Journal, the Journal of Applied Psychology, and the Journal of Vocational Behavior, among others. She serves as a reviewer for several journals such as the Journal of Applied Psychology and the Journal of Organizational Behavior. Professor Ryan is a member of the Academy of Management, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and the Society for Human Resource Management. Before joining Price College, she was a faculty member, Newcomb Fellow, and Management area coordinator at Oregon State University.

MARK P. SHARFMAN [Top]
PROFESSOR OF MANAGEMENT
PhD (Arizona) Professor Sharfman's primary teaching area is business strategy. His secondary teaching area is social/environmental issues. Sharfman's research addresses the firm's relationship with the business environment - specifically, how the business environment affects the firm, how the firm affects the natural environment and how firms manage the social issues they face in the business environment. Professor Sharfman has published his research in several outlets, including Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Business and Society, Business Horizons, Decision Sciences, Journal of Applied Behavioral Sciences, Journal of Industrial Ecology, Journal of Management, Journal of Management Studies and Strategic Management Journal. He is the co-author, with Richard Daft, of Organization Theory: Cases and Application (fourth edition). Professor Sharfman has been named to Who's Who in the East and the International Dictionary of Biography. He has served on the editorial boards of the Academy of Management Journal and the Academy of Management Review. His research has been supported by grants from the Environmental Protection Agency and the National Science Foundation. In 2003, Professor Sharfman received the university- wide Merrick Foundation teaching award.
